How to request account deletion
SwiftTop users can request account deletion from within the SwiftTop mobile application.
Open:
Profile → Account Settings → Delete AccountDon't have access to the app?
You may submit an account deletion request using the email address associated with your SwiftTop account.
Request Account DeletionWe may need to verify that you are the owner of the SwiftTop account before processing the request.
What will be deleted?
Subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements, information associated with your SwiftTop account will be deleted or anonymized when the deletion request is completed.
What may be retained?
Certain information may need to be retained where required or permitted for:
- Financial transaction records
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Fraud prevention and security
- Accounting requirements
- Dispute resolution
